At times
I wonder
If the body ages
Because of
The weight of the mind
Because of
The sorrows of the heart
And maybe
Aging
Is really difficult
Because
Our traumas build
And build
Until one day
Our house of trauma
Comes blissfully
Tumbling down
And
We die.
