In it, I come alive
Waking, moving
My vision sharpens and I become
Electrified
Yet this world lives in the daylight
and most people are afraid of the dark
They're afraid of what's out there
Of the horrors that happen at night
They fear that which they cannot see
People are afraid of the unknown
And the truth is
That I am feared
Because
I know.
